Device troubleshooting center

Customers can open device status, recovery guides, LED explanations, diagnostics, and support contact options from one place. The app also shows a local notification after a 60-second Bluetooth disconnection.

Customizable journal layouts

Customers can choose between four journal layouts, with the list layout selected by default.

Improvements

Safer re-login

When re-authentication is required, the app identifies the previous sign-in method and guides customers back to it, reducing the risk of entering a different account.

本体の状態確認、解決ガイド、LEDの見かた、診断情報の確認、問い合わせをひとつの場所から行えるようになりました。Bluetoothの切断が60秒続いた場合は、ローカル通知から復旧ガイドを開けます。

ジャーナル表示レイアウト

4種類のジャーナルレイアウトを選べるようになり、初期設定はリスト表示になりました。

再ログイン時のアカウント確認

再認証が必要なときに前回のログイン方法を表示し、同じ方法でのログインを案内することで、別のアカウントに入るリスクを減らしました。
